RESOLUTION NO. 2010 - 66
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA,
APPOINTING JOHN CHANDLER, JOHAN DOMENIE,
HUNTER HANSEN AND JOHN BARON TO THE
PELICAN BAY SERVICES DIVISION BOARD.
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 2002-27, created the Pelican Bay
Municipal Service Taxing and Benefit Unit (Unit) and established the Pelican Bay Municipal
Service Taxing and Benefit Unit Advisory Committee (known as the Pelican Bay Services
Division Board); and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 2002-27, as amended, provides that the that the Pelican
Bay Services Division Board shall consist of nine members representing the residential
interests within the Unit and two members representing the commercial and business
interests within the Unit; and
WHEREAS, members of the Pelican Bay Services Division Board are selected by
ballot from the residents of the Unit; and
WHEREAS, the mail-in ballots were counted on March 10,2010, and the office of
the Clerk of the Circuit Court prepared a list ofthe election results.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the appointments to the
Pelican Bay Services Division Board are as follows:
I. JOHN CHANDLER, representing residential interests, is hereby appointed to
serve a four-year term, said term to expire on March 31,2014.
2. JOHAN DOMENIE, representing residential interests, is hereby appointed to
serve a four-year term, said term to expire on March 31,2014.
3. HUNTER HANSEN, representing commercial and business interests, IS
hereby appointed to serve a four-year term, said term to expire on March 31,
2014.
4. JOHN BARON, representing commercial and business interests, is hereby
appointed to fulfill an unexpired term, said term to expire on March 31, 2013.

THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED after motion, second and majority vote favoring
same, this the 23rd day of March, 2010.
