COUNTY, F~RIDA; AND BY PROVIDING FOR AN

WHEREAS, the Collier County Board of County Commissioners
adopted Ordinance No. 91-102, Uni'fied Land Development Code on
October 13, 1991, and
W~EREAS, following said action adopting Ordinance No. 91-102,
Unified Land Development Code, staff was advised that the
below-described site's zoning classification of C-4/C-5 as shown
on attached Exhibit "A" is unclear and in error;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, that:
SECTION ONE:
The C-4/C-§ Zoning District as shown on attached Exhibit
is hereby amended to reflect a C-5 Zoning District only as shown .-...~
on attached Exhibit "B." This amendment constitutes a
clarification and correction of a scrivener's error.
SECTION TWO: EFFECTIVE DATE ,~.
This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of notice ..~
from the Secretary of State that this Ordinance has been filed
with the Secretary of State.
