WHEREAS, the Collier County Board of County Commissioners adopted Ordinance No. 92-15, an amendment to the Lely, A Resort Community PUD on April 7, 1992, and WHEREAS, following said action adopting Ordinance No. ~.~ 92-15, staff was advised that a portion of the site's legal descr~ption was in error and its correction constitutes a scrivener'e error.
