RESOLUTION NO. 2010 - 55
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPOINTING ROBERT P. MEISTER, III
TO THE CONTRACTORS' LICENSING BOARD IN THE CATEGORY OF
SPECIALTY CONTRACTOR - CITY OF NAPLES RESIDENT.
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 90-105, as amended, which established the
Contractors' Licensing Board, provides that the Board shall be composed of nine (9) members
appointed by the Board of County Commissioners with three (3) consumer representatives and
with a minimum of two (2) members residing within the corporate city limits of the City of Naples
and/or the City of Marco Island, or recommended to the Board of County Commissioners by the
Naples City Council and/or the City Council of the City of Marco Island; and
WHEREAS, there is currently a vacant, unexpired term on this Board in the category of
specialty contractor - City of Naples resident; and
WHEREAS; on February 17,2010, the Naples City Council via Resolution No. 10-12621,
recommended Robert P. Meister, III for appointment to the Collier County Contractors' Licensing
Board to fulfill this unexpired term.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that ROBERT P. MEISTER, III
representing the category of specialty contractor - City of Naples resident, is hereby appointed to
the Contractors' Licensing Board to fulfill an unexpired term, said term to expire February 28,
2012.
THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED after motion, second and majority vote on this the 9th
day of March, 2Ql~.
