~EREAS, the Collier County Board oK County
Co~issioners adopted Ordinance NO. 91-42,
pe~aining to Point Marco, a PUD to PUD rezone on
May 28, 1991, and
~E~AS, the following said action adopting
Ordinance No. 91-42, staff was advised that an
error was made in the positioning of asterisks in
the subsection dealing with Maximum Building Height
of Section 4 on page 4 and that this constitutes a
scrivener's error.
NOW THE~FO~ BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of
County Co~issioners of Collier County, Florida,
~lat the scriveners error be corrected as follows:
SE~ION ONE: The subsection entitled "Maximum
Building Height" of Section Four of Ordinance
91-42, as amended, the Point Marco PUD ordinance is
horeby amended to read as follows:
MAXIMUM BUILDING HEIGHT:
Primary Building Areas 1 and 5: 12 Stories*
Primary Building Areas 2 and 4: 18 Stories*
Primary Building Area 3: 22 Stories~
*Primary Building Area 3(a): 4 Stories*
Secondary Building Areas: 4 Stories~
Recreation/Open Space: 1 Story
* - Above required Flood Plain Elevation or
two (2) levels of parking.

SECTION TWO:
This ordinance shall become effective upon
receipt of notice from the Secretary of State that
thie Ordinance has been filed with the Secretary of
State.
