Ordinance 92-012 .~'A ORDIN~CE ~ENDING ORDINANCE 88-42 TO ~c~"CO~ECT SCRIVENER'S E~OR IN THE LEGAL'~' DESCRI~ION OF THE HEREIN DESCRIBED PROPERTY ~CATED ON OLD T~I~I T~IL (C.R. 867), APPROXImaTELY 1,000 FEET NORTHEAST OF THE INTERSECTION OF OLD T~I~I T~IL (C.R. 867) AND U.S. ROUTE 41, IN SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 48 SOUTH, ~GE 25 EAST, COLLIER COUNTY, F~RIDA; ~D BY PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the Collier County Board of County Commissioners adopted ordinance No. 88-42, pertaining a rezone from C-5 to Mobile Home Rental Park on. April 26, 1988, and WHEREAS, following said action adopting Ordinance No. 88-42, staff was advised that a portion of the site's legal description had been omitted from Exhibit A, Section One of said Ordinance by mistake and constitutes a scrivener's error. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida: SECTION ONE: The legal description'of Exhibit A, Section One of Ordinance 88-42, is hereby amended, by adding the corrected legal description to read as follows: All that part of Section 15.
