SECTION TWO: REPEAL OF ORDINANCES

88-108, 88-109, 89-73, 89-85, 89-97, 90-16, 90-58, 90-94, 90-95,
90-96, 90-97, 90-98, 90-99, 90-100, 90-101, 90-102, 90-103,
92-101, 92-103, 92-104, 92-105, 92-106, and 92-107 are hereby
repealed in their entirety effective September 30, 1995.
SECTION THREE: CONFLICT AND SEVERABILITY
In the event this Ordinance conflicts with any other
ordinance of Collier County or other applicable law, the more
restrictive shall apply. If any phrase or portion of the

': competent JurisdictiOn, such portion shall be deemed a separate,
distinct and independent provision and such holding shall not
affect the validity of the remaining portion.

This Ordinance shall take..effect upon receipt of notice from
the Secretary of State that this Ordinance has been filed with the
Secretary of State.
