Ordinance 93-91 ORDINANCE 93- 91 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 92-10, THE TOLLGATE COM]~ERCIAL CENTER UD, BY PROVIDING FOR: SECTION ONE WHICH ENDS SECTION 3.4, DEVELOPMENT AND~DS, Bx CHANGING SUBSECTION (10) NIMUM LANDSCAPING REQUIREMENTS; SECTION O W~ICH AMENDS SECTION 4.4, DEVELOPMENT ANDARDS, BY CHANGING SUBSECTION (10) _~NIMUM LANDSCAPING REQUIREMENTS: _%~ECTION THREE WHICH AMENDS SECTION 5.3 _,%~)~/ENGINEERING, BY CHANGING SUBSECTION D; AND SECTION FOUR, WHICH PROVIDES AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, on February 11, 1992, the Board of County Commissioners approved Ordinance Number 92-10, which established the Tollgate Commercial Center Planned Unit Development, WHEREAS, William R. Vines and Associates, Inc., representing Ashley M. Papineau, of Tollgate Commercial Center, petitioned the Board of County Commissioners to amend Ordinance Number 92-10, by further amending Section 3.4(10) and 4.4(10) and 5.3 D thereof: NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COM]~ISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA THAT: SECTION ONE: AMENDMENTS TO DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS SECTION Subsection 3.4(10) Development Standards, of Ordinance 92-10, The Tollgate Commercial Center Planned Unit Development, is hereby amended to read as follows: 3.4 DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS (10) Minimum Landscaping Requirements: ~" ~ ...... ~ ........... ~an~ Dcvclopmcnt" ~ County ' ~ ~c-a. a. SECTION FIVE: EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of notice from the Secretary of State that this Ordinance has been filed with the · Secretary of State.
