~ER~S, the Board of County Co~issioners of Co11~~
County, Florida adopted Collier County Ordinance No. 84-44, the
'County Manager Ordinance" on June 12, 1984 and an amendment
thereof, Collier County Ordinance ~o. 87-43, on May 26, 1987; and
~S, the Board has had the opp~tunity to obse~e the
impl~mentation and a~inistra~ion of Ordinance No. ~4-44, as
amended, and has datelined that it ~s appropriate and necessary
to repeal the ordinance at this time.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
CO~{ISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA that:
SECTION ONE. REPEAL OF COLLIER COUNTY ORDII~ANCE NO. 84-44
Collier Counti Ordinance No. 84-44 as amended by Collier
County Ordinance No. 87-43 is hereby repealed in its entirety.
-- BECTION TWO. CONFLICT AND B~v~u%BILITY.
In the event this Ordinance conflicts with any other
ordinance of Collier County or other applicable law, the more
restrictive shall apply. If any phrase or portion of this
Ordinance is held invalid or unconstitutional by any court of
competent Jurisdiction, such portion shall be deemed a separate,
distinct, and independent provision and such holding shall not
affect the validity of the remaining portion.
~ECTION THREE. EFFECTIVE DATE.
This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of notice
from the Secretary of State that this Ordinance has been filed
with the Secretary of State.
