Assos~ent Collection and Disposal Ordinance" on April 10, 1990
and an amen~en= ~hereto on May 14, 1991 (Ordinance No. 91-36)
and July 27, 1993 (Ordinance No. 93-47}~ and
~S, the Board has e~pressed ~ntere~t ~hat the
ordinance be revisited and amended as may be necessa~,
appropriate for admtnistra~ve pu~oses and/ct helpful to the
recipients of collection end disposal seduces and the welfare
of the c~t~zens and public of Collier County generally~ and
~S, the Board and County staff have had the
oppo~unity to obse~e the Implementation and administration of
~dinance No. 90-30, as amended, and the Solid Waste Collection
Se~lce Agreements created ~hereunder.

In the" event th~s Ordinance conflicts with 'any other
ordinance of Collier County or other applicable law, the more
restrictive shall apply. If any phrase or port,on .of th~s
Ordinance ~s he~d ~nva~d or unco~st~tutiona~ by an~ .couP. of
competent Jurisdiction, such po~on shall be deemed a
separate, dist~nc~, and ~ndependen~ provision and such holding
shall ~ot affect the validity of the remaining port,on.
