~S, the Board of County Co~issioners adopted Collier
County Ordinance No. 85-39, creating the Naples Production Park
Municipal Se~ice Taxing and Benefit Unit (thu "Unit") on
Au~st 6, 1985; and
~S, the Board has dete~ined that it is appropriate
to reduce the t~me frame within which the confi~ed assessments
on lots or parcels assessed in said Unit may be prmpaid in full
wi~out interest from within 60 days to within 3o days after
confi~ation ~ereof.

(11)(a) ~y assessment may be paid at the office of
the Clerk within ~ ~ days after the confirmation thereof,
wi~out interest. ~ereafter all assessments shall be payable
tn o~al Installments, with tnteres~ at not exceeding the
maxim~ amount pe~ttted by law, or, if bonds are issued
pursuant to this ordinance, at a rate:not to exceed one percent
a~ve the rate of interest at which such bonds are sold, from
the e~iration of said ~ ~ days in each of the succeedin~
n~r of years which the Board shall dete~ine by resolution,
not exceeding 40; provided however, that the Board may provide
that any assessment may be paid at any time before due,
together with interest accrued thereon to the date of pa~ent,
~f such pr~or pa~ent shall be pe~itted by the proceedings
authorizing any assessment bonds or other obligation~ for the
pa~ent of which such special assessments have been pledged.
