Resolution 2003-01 (BAR) RESOLUTION NO. OJ-BAR- 01 16 F 5 ~1 A RESOLUTION PURSUANT TO SECTION 129.06(2), FLORIDA STATUTES, TO AMEND THE BUDGET FOR THE 2002/03 FISCAL YEAR. WHEREAS, Section 129.06(2), Florida Statutes, provides that the Board of County Commissioners (hereinafter also referred to as "Board") at any time within a fiscal year may amend a budget for that year, and provides the procedures therefor; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, has received copies of budget amendments which provide for but are not limited to: revenue from grants, donations or contributions, or insurance proceeds for a designated purpose. WHEREAS. the Board has detennined that it is appropriate to amend the Budget for Fiscal Year 2002/03 by resolution pursuant to Section 129.06, Florida Statutes.
