DESCRIBED PROPERTY LOCATED APPROXIMATELY
325 FEET SOUTH OF SR-29, AND 125 FEET
WEST OF HANCOCK STREET, IN SECTION 4,
TOWNSHIP 47 SOUTH, RANGE 29 EAST, COLLIER
COUNTY, FLORIDA, FROM RMF-6 TO C-41
PROVIDING FOR STAFF AND PLANNING
COH~ISSION STIPULATIONSI AND BY PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Kenneth E. Kemp, petitioned the Board of County
Commissioners to change the zoning classification of the
herein described real propertyI
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA:
The Zoning Classification of the herein described real
property located in Section 4, Township 47 South, Range 29
East, Collier County, Florida, is changed from RMF-6 to C-4
and the Official Zoning Atlas Map Number 7904S, as described
in Ordinance 91-102, the Collier County Land Development Code
is hereby amended accordinglyl

This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of
