SECTION ONE: CREATION OF THE PUBLIC VEHICLE ADVISORY COMMITTEE.
There is hereby created pursuant to County Ordinance No. ~
I,.91-93 the Public Vehicle Advisor~ Committee, hereinafter referred

SECTION TWO= Composition of the PVAC.
The PVAC shall consist of five (5) members~ Three (3) members
shall be holders of certificates of public convenience and
necessit~ to operate a motor vehicle for hire business end two (2)
members shall be persons who are in no way affiliated or
associated with any holder of a certificate of public convenience
and necessity. Members of the PVAC shall be appointed by and
serve at the pleasure of the Public. Vehicle Board. Said members
,'shall be permanent residents and electors of Collier Count~.
Appointment of members to the PVAC shall be by resolution of
the Public Vehicle Board, which resolution shall set forth the
date of appointment and term of office. Those members currently
appointed to the PVAC pursuant to Collier County Ordinance No.
86-4. shall serve out their remaininn terms,
