'~HEREAS, on January 29, 1991 the Board of County
Commissioners adopted Collier County Ordinance No. 91-10 creating
'the County Government Productivity CoR~ittee to review the
.efficiency of departments of county government under the
o= th. o=d of count - Commissioners/and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 91-10 provides that the County
' Covernment Productivity Committee shall be composed of eleven (11)
members and ~wo (2) non-voting alternate members and advisors/and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board of County
Commissioners to have the County Government Productivit~ Committee
composed of thirtoen (13) members and to ~.late the provision for
the two (=2) non-voting alternate roerebeL. ,d advisors.
NOW, THEREfORe, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOtRD OF COUNTY

SECTION ONE. Amendments to Section Two of Collier County
Ordinance No. 91-10.
Section Two of Collier County Ordinance No. 91-1~ is hereby :

SECTION TWO. Appointment and Composition.
A. The Committee shall' be co~poseQ of

SECTION TWO. Amendments to Section Five of Collier County
Ordinance No. 91-10.
Section Five of Collier County Ordinance No. 91-10 is hereby
amended to read as follower

A. Annually the membership of the Committee shall elect

shall constitute a quorum of the Committee necessary to take
action and transact business. In addition, an affirmative
vote of six (6) or more members shall be necessary in order

meeting.
:~ C. The Committee shall, by majority vote of the entire

membership, adopt rules of procedure for the transaction of
business and shall keep a written record of meetings,
~ resolutions, findings and determinations. Copies of all
Committee minutes, resolutions, reports, and exhibits shall
be submitted to the Board of County Commissioners.
.',. SECTION THREE. Conflict and Severability.

SECTION FOUR. Effective Date.
This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of notice
from the Secretar~ of State that this Ordinance ~as been filed
