AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 2 B
HOPE MINISTRIES REZONE FROM "A" AND "A"
WITH CONDITIONAL USE "6" TO C-3 , TO
CORRECT A SCRIVENER'S ERROR FOR AN
INCORRECT LEGAL DESCRIPTION; AND BY
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Collier County Board of County Commissioners adopted
Ordinance No. 92-89, which rszoned the hersin referenced property from
"A" and "A" with Conditional Use "6" to C-3 New Hope Ministries on
November 10, 1992, and
WHEREAS, following said action staff was advised that the legal
description was incorrect which constitutes a scrivener's error.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE:
The legal of Ordinance 92-89, New Hope Ministries Rezone, is
hereby amended to read aS follows:
West 1/2 Of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of
the Northwest 1/4, Section 9, Township 50 South, Range
26 East, Collier County, Florida. Less an easement on,
over and along the North 75 feet of said property for
Road right of way.

SECTION TWO: EFFECTIVE DATE
This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of notice from
the Secretary of State that this Ordinance has been filed with the
Secretary of State.
