FOR INCLUSION IN THE CODE OF ~WS AND ORDINANCES; ~,'.' AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. =~' ~ER~S, the Board of County Commissioners, during the public hearing to consider the Collier County FY 1994-95 Budget, directed the removal of the Marco Island Lighting Municipal Service Taxing District (as described in Collier County Ordinance No. 79-20) from the Collier County Lighting District created by Collier County Ordinance No. 72-1, as amended, and reinstatement of the Marco Island Lighting Municipal Service Taxing District, as previously described and created by Collier County Ordinance No. 79-20. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BO~ OF CO~TY CO~ISSIONERS OF COLLIER CO~TY, F~RIDA that: BECTION ONE: ~E~ME~ TO BECTION ONE OF COLLX~ CO~Y ORDIN~CE 72-1, AS ~E~ED. Section I of Collier County ' Ordinance No. 72-1, as amended, Is hereby amended by removing the Marco Island Lighting Municipal Service Taxing District from the Collier County Lighting District. CO~LIC? ~D The provisions of this Ordinance shall be liberally construed to effectively carry out its purposes in the interest of public health, safety, welfare, and convenience. If any section, phrase, sentence or portion of this Ordinance is for any reason held invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent Jurisdiction, such portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct, and independent provision, and such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions thereof. BMCTIOM TMREM. INCLUSION IN TMB CODZ O~ LAWS ~ The provisions of this Ordinance shall become and be made a part of the Code of Laws and Ordinances of Collier County, Florida. The sections of the Ordinance may be renumbered or relettered to accomplish such, and the word "ordinance" may be changed to "section", "article", or any other appropriate word. SECTION ~OUR. E~ECTIVZ DAT~.
