Collier County Ordinance No, 88-66, which created the
! Collier County Pocket of Poverty Review Committee, was enacted pursuan~
to Section 420.801, et. seq., Florida Statutes~ and

NOW, THEREFORE, 'BE IT ORDAINED BY' THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
Repeal of Ordinance S8-66,
Collier County Ordinance No. 88-66 which established the Pocket of
Poverty Review Committee, is hereby repealed in its entirety and said
· Committee is hereby dissolved.
~: conflict and Severability.
In the event this Ordinance conflicts with any other ordinance of
Collier County or other applicable law, the more restrictive shall
apply. If any phrase or portion of this Ordinance is held invalid or
unconstitutional by any court of competent JurtsdActAon, such por~Lon
shall be deesed a separate, distinct, and independent provision and
such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portion.
~: Effective'Date.
This Ordinance shall become effective upon 'receipt of notice from
the Secretary of State that this Ordinance has been filed with the
Secretary of State.
