A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2009-274,
KNOWN AS THE COLLIER COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AND
ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES FEE SCHEDULE, BY AMENDING
PARAGRAPH "00" OF THE FEE SCHEDULE CONTAINED IN SAID
RESOLUTION, PERTAINING TO PROPERTY INSPECTION AND RENTAL
REGISTRATION FEES
WHEREAS, the Board finds that it is in the government and public interest to amend Resolution
No. 2009-274, consistent with recent amendments to the Collier County Property Maintenance Code.; and
WHEREAS, no other fee as set forth in Resolution No. 2009-274 is being amended by this
Resolution.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
Resolution No. 2009-274 is hereby amended through the amendment of Paragraph "00"
pertaining to inspection and rental registration fees under the Collier County Property Maintenance Code,
as follows:
(00) RENTAL PROPERTY INSPECTIONS
