RANGE 25 EAST, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA;
AND BY PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Collier County Board of County
Commissioners adopted Ordinance No. 92-23, pertaining to the
Wilson Professional Canter PUD, on Hay 7, 1992, and
WHEREAS, following said action adopting Ordlnanoe No.
92-23, Timothy L. Hancock, of Wilson, Miller Barton & Peek,
Illo.t advised staff that Paragraph 4.3 (Development
Standards) of said Ordinance was in error and constitutes a
scrivener's error.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida that=
SECTION ONE: SCRIVENER'S ERROR A/tlI~DMENT TO PARAGRAPH 4.3,
DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS, OF THE WILSON
PROFESSIONAL CENTER PUD
Paragraph 4.3, Development Standards, of Section IV, of
-.Ordinance No. 92-23, Wilson Professional Center PUD, is
hereby amended to read as follows:
4.3 Development Standards

SECTION TWOS EFFECTIVE DATE
