RESOLUTION NO. 2010 - 18
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPOINTING CAROLYN ANN COCHRANE
AND JOHN G. BUCK TO THE BAYSHORE BEAUTIFICATION ADVISORY
COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, on December 16, 1997, the Board of County Commissioners adopted Ordinance
No. 97-82, as subsequently amended, creating the Bayshore Beautification Advisory Committee to
aid and assist the Board in carrying out the purposes of the Bayshore Beautification Municipal
Service Taxing Unit (MSTU); and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 97-82, as amended, provides that this Advisory Committee shall
consist of seven members who generally represent the area within the MSTU; and
WHEREAS, there are currently two vacant, unexpired terms on this Advisory Committee; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice soliciting
applications from interested parties; and
WHEREAS, the Bayshore Beautification Advisory Committee has provided the Board of
County Commissioners with its recommendations for appointment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the appointments to the Bayshore
Beautification Advisory Committee are as follows:
I. CAROLYN ANN COCHRANE, resident, is hereby appointed to fulfill an unexpired term, said
term to expire on March 3, 20 I O. plus one additional three-year term, said term to expire March 3,
2014.
2. JOHN G. BUCK, resident, is hereby appointed to fulfill an unexpired terms, said term to expire
on March 3, 2012.
