CRA RESOLUTION NO. 2010 - 17
A RESOLUTION OF THE COLLIER COUNTY COMMUNITY
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY APPOINTING PETER DVORAK
TO THE BAYSHORE/GATEWAY TRIANGLE LOCAL
REDEVELOPMENT ADVISORY BOARD.
WHEREAS, on March 27, 2001, the Collier County Community Redevelopment Agency
(CRA) adopted CRA Resolution No. 2001-98 creating the Bayshore/Gateway Triangle Local
Redevelopment Advisory Board to advise the CRA on matters relating to this redevelopment area;
and
WHEREAS, CRA Resolution No. 2001-98, as subsequently amended, provides that the
Advisory Board shall consist of nine members to be appointed hy the CRA and, when possible, the
appointees shall represent the categories set forth in its current Bylaws; and
WHEREAS, there is currently a vacancy for an unexpired term on this Advisory Board; and
WHEREAS, the CRA previously provided public notice soliciting applications from interested
parties; and
WHEREAS, the Bayshore/Gateway Triangle Local Redevelopment Advisory Board has
provided the CRA with its recommendation for appointment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COLLIER COUNTY COMMUNITY
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, that PETER DVORAK, representing the category of "at large,"
is hereby appointed the Bayshore/Gateway Triangle Local Redevelopment Advisory Board to
fulfill the remainder of the unexpired term, said term expiring May 22, 2010, plus one additional
three-year term, said term expiring May 22, 2013.
THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED after motion, second and majority vote on this the 26th day
of January, 2010.
