WHEREAS, the Collier County Board of County Conissi~ adopted Ordinance No. 93-82, Adeguate Public Facilities Ordinance, on Ncve~r 3, 1993, and W}IEREAS, following said action adopting Ordinance No. 93-82, Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance, staff was advised that · Subsection 7.4.1, Establishment of Area(s) of Significant Influence for Roads, and Subsection 8.2.7, under Subsection 8.2, Exemptions, are in error and the correction of these subsections constitutes · s~rivenerts error. NOW, ~q{EREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Collier. County, Florida thatz SECTION ONE~ COPJ{ECTIONS TO SUBSECTION 7.4.1 Subsection 7.4.1, Establishment of Area(s) of Signi~icant Influence for Roads, as approved b~ the adoption of Ord~nanc~,No. rT~ 93-82, the Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance, is he~by ~ ,~ amended to read as followsz 7.4.1 Establishment of Aarea(s) of SIgnificant Influence  (ASI). If the findings of the AUIR analysis Identify additional road improvement projects needed to maintain adopted LOS, they i may be included in the road component of the proposed Annual CIE Update and Amendment at the discretion of the Board. Based upon Board direction on inclusion of additional road projects, the Growth Management Chief, in conjunction with the MPO Chief and Transportation Services Administrator, may propose and identify  one or more Areas of Significant Influence (ASI) around any deficient or potentially deficient road segmen~ (except where such potentially deficient road uegment is projected not to exceed its adopted LOS within the first three (3) years of the five (5) year Schedule of Capital Improvements in the CIE Update and Amendment proposed for transmittal on or about October 1, and ~ the estimated Annual Residual Capacity Trips that would be , allocated to those applicants for Certificates of Public Facility Adequacy within the ASI encompassing such potentially deficient · road segment during the next year does not exceed the remaining '~ trip capacity). The boundaries of any ASI shall be established pursuant to the standards in Subsection 7.4.2 of this Ordinance along with the annual Residual Capacity Trips covering potentially deficient road segments for each ASI and shall be Presented ~ ~he Board by September I of each year.
