particularly described ~ Exhibit "A", attached hereto and
incorporated by reference herein, and located in Section 5,
Township 48 South, Range 25 East, Collier County, Florida, is
changed from C-3 to ~F-16 and the Official Zoning Atlas Map
Number 8505N, as described In Ordinance 91-102, the Collier
County ~nd Development Code is hereby amended accordingly;
the herein described real property is the same for which the
fezone is hereby approved subject to the fo11~ing
conditions:
The ingress/egress driveway shall be designed in a
manner that will allow it to become part of a colon
driveway serving this property and the adjoining
property to the west. To this degree, an easement shall
be recorded over the driveway geomet~ required to
facilitate shared access to the two properties.

This Ordinance shall become effective upon filing with
the Department of State.
