WHEREAS, the Collier County Board of County Commissioners adopted
Ordinance No. 88-87, on November 8, I988, and
WHEREAS, the executive Itrmmary prepared for that petition
indicates that the rezontng action requested was to change the zoning
from A-2 and A-2-ST to PUD, and
WHEREAS, County records of the Board of County Commission meeting
on November 8, 1988 indicate that the petition was advertised as a
request to change the zoning from A-2 and A-2-ST to PUD, and
WHEREAS, Ordinance 88-87 was adopted with the language "from A-2
to PIYDe and its correction constitutes a scrivener's error.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida:
SECI'ION ONE: SCRIVENER'S ERROR AM~TDMENT TO ZONING CLASSIFICATION
SECTION
The Zoning Classification Section of the Pine Ridge Center West
PUD, as approved by the adoption of Ordinance No. 88-87, is hereby
amended to read as follows:
The Zoning Classification of the herein described real property
located in Section lS, Township 49 South, Range 26 East, Collier
County, Florida is changed from A-2 ~Dd_Aza_T/r to sPUD" Planned Unit
Development in accordance with the PUD document attached hereto as
Exhibit "As, which is incorporated herein and by reference made part
hereof. The Official Zoning Atlas Map Number 49-26-3, as described in
Ordinance 82-2, is hereby amended accordingly.
SECTION TWO: EFFECTIVE DATE
This Ordinance shall become effective upon filing with the
Department of State.
