WHEREAS, David S. Wilkison of Wilkison and Associates,
representing Immokalee Habitat for Humanity, Inc., petitioned
the Board of County Commissioners to change the zoning
classification of the herein described real property;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA:
The Zoning Classification of the herein described real
property located in Section 33, Township 46 South, Range 29
East, Collier County, Florida, is changed from RMF-6
Residential Multiple Family to RSF-6 Residential Single
Family and the Official Zoning Atlas Map Number 6933S, as
described in Ordinance 91-102, the Collier County Land
Development Code, is hereby amended accordingly:
COMMENCING AT THE NW CORNER OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE NE
1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 46 SOUTH,
RANGE 29 EAST, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN
SOUTHERLY 30.00' ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID PARCEL
TO THE SOUTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF LAKE TRAFFORD
ROAD; THENCE NORTH 88°53'25" EAST 165.06 FEET ALONG
SAID RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING;
THENCE CONTINUE NORTH 88'53'25" EAST 330.12 FEET
ALONG SAID RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE; THENCE SOUTH

This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of
