9511N, and 9511S, REFERRING TO CHANGING
VARIOUS ZONING DISTRICTS FROM I-IND TO I, ~ ~-~
I-IND TO C-5, AND A TO A-M~O FOR
PROPERTIES LOCATED THROUGHOUT COLLIER ~ -'~
COUN~EY, FLORIDA; AND BY PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
W~EREAS, the Collier County Board of County Commissioners adopted
Ordinance No. 91-102, the Collier County Land Development Code, on
O~tober 13, 1991, and
WM~REAB, following said action adopting Ordinance No. 91-102, the
Collier County Fend Development Code, staff was advised that the site's
zoning classification was in error and its correction constitutes a
scrivener's error·
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County Commissioners
Of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE:
The Zoning Atlas Maps, of various Collier County properties, as
a~roved by the adoption of Ordinance No. 91-102, the Collier County
Land Development Code, are hereby amended to read as follows:
872930 Add M}{O to A designation to read A-MHO
482728 Add MMO to A designation to read A-MHO
(except NE corner of Sec. 9 to remain
as "A").
