AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER
91-102, THE COLLIER COUNTY LAND
DEVELOPMENT CODE, WHfCH ESTABLISHED TIlE
COMPREHENSIVE ZONING REGULATIONS FOR THE
UNINCORPORATED AREA OF COLLIER COUNTY,
FLORIDA BY AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING
ATLAS MAP NUMBER 791011 BY CHANGING THE
ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF THE HEREIN
DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY FROM "A-MHO" TO
"RMF-6" TO ALLOW FOR THE EXPANSION OF THE
EXISTING FARM WORKER VILLAGE DEVELOPMENT
TO PERMIT 44 DUPLEX AND 36 SINGLE-FAMILY
DWELLING UNITS FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON
THE NORTH SIDE OF S.R. 29, APPROXIMATELY
TWO MILES SOUTHEAST OF C.R. 846 IN
SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 47 SOtrl~, RANGE 29
EAST, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, CONSISTING
OF 18.04 ACRES; PROVIDING FOR STAFF AND
PLANNING COMMISSION STIPULATIONS; AND BY
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Goerge L. Varnadoe and R. Bruce Anderson of
Young, van Assenderp, & Varnadoe, P.A., representing Collier
County Housing Authority Land Acquisition New Development,
Inc., petitioned the Board of County Commissioners to change
the zoning classification of the herein described real
property;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA:
The Zoning Classification of the herein described real
property located in Section 1~, Township 47 South, Range 29
East, Collier County, Florida, is changed from "A-MHO" to
"RMF-6" and the Official Zoning Atlas Map Number 791011, as
described in Ordinance 91-102, the Collier County Land
Development Code is hereby amended accordingly:
