Michel Saadeh, representing Elite Communities, petitioned the Board of County Commissioners to change the zoning classification of the herein described real property; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA: The Zoning Classification of the herein described real property located in Section 23, Township 49 South, Range 25 Zest, Collier County, Florida, is changed from "E" to "RSF-5" and the Official Zoning Atlas Map Number 9523N, as described in Ordinance 91-102, the Collier County Land Development Code, is hereby amended accordingly: Exhibit "A" be and the same for which the fezone is hereby approved subject to the following conditions: The minimum floor area requirement shall be 1,000 square feet for a one-sory residence and 1,200 square feet for any residence containing more than one habitable floor. This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of notice from the Secretary of State that this Ordinance has been filed with the Secretary of State.
