WHEREAS, the Collier County Board of County Commissioners adopted
Ordinance No. 96-58, an ordinance rezoninq certain described real
property from "PUD" and "A" to "PUD" and providing for the repeal of
Ordinance Number 93-57 on October 8, 1996, and;
WHEREAS, following said action adopting Ordinance No. 96-58, staff
was advised that the legal description for the subject property
is incorrect and i~s correction constitutes a scrivener's error.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE: SL~IVENER'S ERROR AMENDMENT TO CORRECT AN ERROR IN THE
LEGAL DESCRIPTION IN SECTION ONE OF ORDINANCE NO. 96-58,
THE FIRST ASSEMBLY MINISTRIES EDUCATION AND
R~!ABILITATION CAMPUS PUD
Section 1.2, the Legal Description of Ordinance No. 96-58, the
First Assembly Ministries and Rehabilitation Campus, PUD, is hereby
amended to read as follows:
The Southern half of the Northwest Quarter, less right-of-ways and
less the Eastern one-eighth of the 6ee~eee~ ~
of the Northwest Quarter, of Section 14, Township 50S, Range 26E,
Collier County, Florida.
SECTION TWO: EFFECTIVE DATE
This Ordinance shall become effective upon filing with the
Department of State.
