WHEREAS, ,Michael and Roberta Wiener, petitioned the
Board of County Commissioners to change the zoning
classification of the herein described real property; ,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINEl) BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA:
The zcning classification of the real property as more
particularly described as the South 165 feet of the North
of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 18, Township 49 South,
Range 26 East, Collier County, Florida, is changed from "A"
to "RSF-5" and the Official Zoning Atlas Map Number 961SN, as
described in Ordinance 91-102, the Collier County Land
Development Code is hereby amended accordingly. The herein
described real property is the same for which the fezone is
hereby approved subject to the following conditions:
The subject property shall not be resubdivided into
more than two (2) lots with no lot containing a frontage
of less than sixty (60) feet. A notation on the Zoning
Atlas shall appear as follows: RSF-5(0.4).
S=CTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon filing with
th~ Department of State.
