spproved Ordinance Number 93-4, ~tlich re-established the Royal Wood
Golf and Countx7 Club Planned Unit Developments and
W~ZR~AN, J. D~dle3( Goodlette of Goodlette, Coleman and Johnson,
Inc., representing Royal Wood Master association, petitioned the Board
of Count]~ Commissio~ers to aBend Ordinance Number 93-4, as set forth
belov$
NOW, THEREFORE' BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE: AMENDMENT TO SUB-SECTION 6.2.2, ACCESSORY USES
~beection 6.2.2, Accessory Uses, of the Royal Wood Golf and
Co~2~tx7 Club Planned Unit Development, (Ordinance 93-4), is hereby
amended to read as follows:
6.2.2 A[kC~SFa~V~
6.2.2.4 Small commercial establishments, including gift
shops, golf equipment sales, restaurants, cocktail
lounges, and similar uses, intended to REJatrJ~ serve
pe~ ~ of the Royal Wood Golf and Country
Club and 8~ ~le~tl~_E~l/J~. Uses
involving intoxicating beverages shall be subject to the
location and use restriction provisions of the County
zoning regulations at the time of permit a~plication.
SECTION TWO: EFFECTIVE DATE
~ais Ordinance shall become effective upon filing with the
Department of State.
PASSED AND DULY ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Collier County, Florida, this 26 day of Novembe~r, 1996.
