28, 1995, and
WIIEREAS, follovinq said a~ion adopting Ordinance No. 95-15, staff
was advised that a portion of the site's legal dsscrllfcion was in error
an8 its correc~ionl¢onstitutes a scrivener's error.

Comniselonere of Collier County, Florida:

The errors in the legal des~ription in Section One of Ordinance
Itu~ber 95-15, is hereby amended to read as follows:
Lots I thru S an~ ~e 7a thru ~ 87, Pineland on the
Trail, as recorded in Plat Book 3 on Paqe 60 of the
Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
SECTION TWO: EFFECTIVE DATE
This Ordinance shall become effective upon filing with the
Depart~nt of State.
