~ER~S, on September 25, 1984, the Board of County Co~1ssioners
approved Ordinance Number 84-65, which approved the Sutherland Center
Planned Unit Development (PUD)$ and
~EREAS, Robert Vocisano and Joe La Coursiere, contracted
purchasers of certain lands within the Sutherland Center PUD with the
~it~en acknowled~ent and authorization of James Colosino, Trustee has
peti~ioned the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida
to amend Ordinance Number 84-65, as set forth below;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Co~1ssloners
of Collier County, Florida that:
SECTION ONE: ~endmen~ to Section 3.03.D - D~E~PMENT ST~D~DS,
~XI~ HEIGHT
Section 3.03.D entitled Development Standards, Maximum Height" of
the Sutherland Center Planned Unit Development (Ordinance No. 84-65),
is hereby amended to read as follows:
3.03.D Maximum Height: Three (3) stories above parkingv for
~1 tracts or lots shown on the revised Master Plan. Exhibit
"A" to PDI-94-1. w~t~ the exception o~.tracts 2.1 and
where the maximum buildthe heicht is four {4) stories above
the mean =lOod elevatlon.
SECTION TWO: EFFECTIVE DATE
This Ordinance shall become effective upon filing with the
Department of State.
PASSED AND DULY ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Collier County, Florida, this 8~h day of OGtober , 1996.
