ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 87-55,
ERIAL GOLF ESTATES, PHASE V, BY PROVIDING FOR~ ~'~
CTION ONE: AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENTS TO DELETE I~M
SETTING FORTH THE NUMBER OF DWELLING UNITS
WHICH MAY BE PERMITTED PRIOR TO THE COMPLETION OF
LIVINGSTON ROAD THEREFROM; SECTION TWO: EFFECTIVE~

WHEREAS, on July 28, 1987, the Board of County Commissionerscr
approved Ordinance Number 87-55, having the effect of rezoning certain
lands now referred to as Imperial Golf Estates, Phase V , with certain
stipulations of approval; and
WHEREAS, the Community Development and Environmental Division of
Collier County has petitioned the Board of County Commissioners of
Collier County, Florida to amend Ordinance Number 87-55, as set forth
below;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAI]~ED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Collier County, Florida that:
SECTION ONE: Amendment to Agreements, iteu "Y"
The section entitled "Agreement" and made a part of Ordinance
Number 87-55, is hereby amended by deleting item "Y" as indicated by
the following:

SECTION TWO: Effective Date
This Ordinance shall become effective upon filing with the
Department of State.
