WHEREAS, Geoffrey G. Purse, representing Germain
Properties of Columbus, Inc., petitioned the Board of County
Commissioners to change the zoning classification of the
herein described real property;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
CO~ISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA:
SECTION QNE:.
The zoning classification of the real property as more
particularl], described by Exhibit "A", attached hereto and
incorporated by reference herein, and located in Section 16,
Township 48 South, Range 25 East, Collier County, Florida, is
changed frorl "A" to "C-4" and the Official Zoning Atlas Map
Number 8516~;, as described in Ordinance 91-102, the Collier
County Land Development Code is hereby amended accordingly.
The herein described real property is the same for which the
fezone is h~reby approved subject to the following
conditions:
a. Existing drainage easements shall remain available
between Wiggins Pass Road and the existing on-site
retention facility for future roadway expansion.
b. An exotic vegetation removal, monitoring, and
m~,intenance (exotic-free) plan for the site, shall
be submitted to Current Planning Environmental
Review Staff for review and approval prior to final
site plan/construction plan approval.

c. Water management concerns for the subject parcel
will be reviewed at the time of SDP amendment
submittal.
SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon filing with
the Depar~nent of State.
