WHEREAS;" on June 14, 1994, the Board of County Commissioners approved Ordinance Nun%ber 94-32, which re-established the Sabal Lakes Planned Unit Development; and WHEREAS, Gregory Wardeberg of, representing Granite Development, L.C., petitioned the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, to amend Ordinance Number 94-32, as set forth below; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida that: SECTION ONE: AMENDMENT TO SECTION 4.5 MINIMUM LOT REQUIREMENTS AND SETBACKS. No accessory structures are permitted in front yard setback area. d) Minimum side yard setback - principal structure: 0' 1. The distance between any two (2) principal structure~ shall be a minimum of ten (10') feet 2. The distance between a principal structure and an adjacent accessory structure shall be a minimum of fiv~ (5') feet e) Minimum side yard setback - accessory structure: 0' 1. The distance between an accessory structure and an adjacent principal structure shall be a minimum of five (5') feet 2.
