RESOLUTION NO 85- 1O0
• RESOLUTION APPROVING SETTLEMENT OF DOAH e •
CASE NOS, 04-2264 AND 84-2896, RELATING
TO ACCESS TO CLAM PASS PARK.

WHEREAS, Garrett F. X. Beyrent, Teryl Beyrent, the Depart-
ment of Environmental Regulation (DER) , Can American Seagate
Corporation (Shelter Seagate Corporation) , and Collier County
have entered into a Stipulation for Continuance in DOAH Case Nos. o
84-2264 and 84-2896 relating to access to Clam Pass Park; and
WHEREAS, Collier County has reviewed said Stipulation for
Continuance and finds it to be appropriate and in the best
interest of the citizens of Collier County;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIEF COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the County
Attorney for Collier County is hereby authorized to execute on
behalf of the Board the Stipulation for Continuance attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference in Division of
Administrative Hearings Case Nos. 84-2264 and 84-2896 relating to

access to Clam Pass Park.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and roll call
