RESOLUTION NO. 2009 - 286
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPOINTING JENNIFER
TANNER TO THE LELY GOLF ESTATES BEAUTIFICATION
ADVISORY COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, on September 8, 1987, the Board of County Commissioners (Board) adopted
Ordinance No. 87-69 which established the Lely Golf Estates Beautification Advisory
Committee to advise the Board in matters pertaining the Lely Golf Estates Beautification
Municipal Services Taxing Unit; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 87-69, the Advisory Committee shall be composed
of five members; and
WHEREAS, there is currently one vacancy on this Advisory Committee; and
WHEREAS, the Board previously provided public notice soliciting applications from
interested parties; and
WHEREAS, the Lely Golf Estates Beautification Advisory Committee has provided the
Board with its recommendations tor appointment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that JENNIFER TANNER is hereby
appointed to the Lely Golf Estates Beautification Advisory Committee for a four-year term, said
term to expire October], 2013.
THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED after motion, second and majority vote this 1st day of
December, 2009.
