WHEREAS, the County Environmentalist has reviewed said petition and
has prepared an Executive Summary regarding the petition; ~nd.
WHEREAS, the Board of County C01lml.i8sioners hall examined the
Executive Summary with its recommendations:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Petition CCCL-83-13C be granted
