' ,.~ AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. : WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners adopted 0rdinancc No. 90-109, whi~.h~:crca~'~l the Vandcrbilt Beach Area Beautification Municipal Service Taxing Unit; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commlssionc'rs desires to tcrrninat~ the Vandcrbilt Bcach Area Bcauti~cation Municipal Service Taxing Unit. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA that: ~: REPEAL OF COLLIER COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 90-109. Collier County Ordinance No. 90-109, is hereby rcpcalcd in its entirety. ~F_CI]D2L~: INCLUSION IN THE CODE OF LAWS AND ORDINANCE The provisions of this Ordinance shall become and be made a part of the Code of Laws and Ordinanccs of Collier County, Florida. The sections of the Ordinance may be rcnumbcrcd or rc-lcttcrcd to accomplish such, and the word "ordlnancc" may be changcd to "scction", "article", or any other appropriate word· ~,~I]DjLIH]?~: CONFLICT AND SEVERABILITY In the event this Ordinance conflicts with any othcr Ordinance of Collier County or othcr applicablc law, the more restrictive shall apply. If any phrase or portion of the Ordinancc is held invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such portion shall bc dccmcd a separate, distinct and independent provision and such holding shall not affect the validity of the rcmaining portion. ~:IDJ~_O~: EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance shall be effective upon filing with the Florida Dcpartmcnt of State.
