~ ~o ~4.~ ~WI-i~AS, the Board of County Commissionen desires to change the Impact Fee District
__~ ~;NOW0 THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
SECTION ONE: AMENDMENT TO APPENDIX B OF COUNTY ORDINANCE 92-22, AS
AMENDED, TO CHANGE THE LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS TO ROAD IMPACT FEE DISTRICT 2,
ROAD IMPACT FEE DISTRICT 4 AND ROAD IMPACT FEE DISTRICT 8.
Appendix B of County Ordinance No. 92-22, as amended, shall be mended as follows:

SECTION TWO: CONFLICT AND SEVERABILITY.
In the event this Ordinance conflicts with ~ny other ordinance of Collier County or other
applicable law, the mors r~rictive shall apply. If any phrase or portion of the ordinance is held invalid
or unconstitutional by any court ofcempetent jttriadiction, such portion shall be deemed a separate,
distinct and independent provision and such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining
SECTION THREE: INCLUSION IN THE CODE OF LAWS AND ORDINANCES.
The provisions of this Ordinance shall become and be made a part of the Code of Laws arid
Ordinances of Collier County, Florida. The sections of the Ordinance may be renumbered or r~letteml
to accomplish such, and the word *ordinance" my be changed to "section", "article", or any other
appropriate word.
SECTION FOUR: EFFECTIVE DATE.
This Ordinance shall become effective upon filing with the Department of State.
