WHEREAS, on January 28, 1997, the Board of County Co~i~ioners
pprovedOrdinance Nu~er 97-6, which approved the Island Walk Planned
Unit Development (PUD); and
WHEREAS, Donald W. Arnold of Wilson, Miller, Barton & Peek, Inc.,
petitioned the Board of County Co~issioners of Collier County, Florida
to amend Ordinance Nu~er 97-6, as set forth below;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County Co~issioners
of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE: AMENDMENT TO TABLE 1, ISLAND WALK DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS
FOR "R" RESIDENTIAL AREAS OF SUBSECTION 3,5 DEVELOPMENT
STANDARDS
Table 1 entitled "Island Walk Standards for "R" Residential Areas"
of Subsection 3.5 entitled "Development Standards of the Island Walk PUD
(Ordinance No. 97-6), as amended, is hereby amended to read as follows:
