Spagna of Florida Urban Institute, Inc., representing Peter Longo and Mark Longo, petitioned the Board of County Commissioners to change the zoning classification of the herein described real property; NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA; SECTION ONE: The Zoning Classification of the herein described real property located in Section 18, Township 49 South, Range 26 East, Collier County, Florida, is changed from "PUD" to "PUD" Planned Unit Development in accordance with the PUD Document, attached hereto as Exhibit "A", which is incorporated herein and by reference made part hereof. An 8" minimum water main shall be required to serve the site, providing calculations can show that a minimum of ? 50 GPM is available to serve the commercial activities on the furthest part of the property. B. County s~-wer service is ava~able via a 12" force main located on the south side of pine Ridge Road. A minimum sized line of 4" is required for the Water the Sewer District acceptance. C. The County reserves the right to restrict and/or modify the location and use of median openings on Pine Ridge Road in accordance with Resolution 92422, the Collier County Access Management Policy, as it may be mended from time to time, and h consideration of safety or operational concans.
