RESOLUTION NO. 2009-257
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPOINTING RENATO F.
FERNANDEZ, THOMAS FRANK DEPOUW, SUZANNE J. CHAPIN,
PAIGE SIMPSON, AND DALE M. JOHNSON TO THE RADIO ROAD,
EAST OF SANTA BARBARA BOULEVARD TO THE
INTERSECTION OF RADIO ROAD AND DAVIS BOULEVARD,
MUNICIPAL SERVICE TAXING UNIT ADVISORY COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, on July 28, 2009, the Board of County Commissioners (Board) adopted
Ordinance No. 2009-44, which established the Radio Road, East of Santa Barbara Boulevard to
the Intersection of Radio Road and Davis Boulevard, Municipal Service Taxing Unit Advisory
Committee to advise the Board on matters pertaining to this Municipal Service Taxing Unit
(MSTU); and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 2009-44, the Advisory Committee shall be
composed of five members representing the area within the MSTU; and
WHEREAS, the Board previously provided public notice soliciting applications from
interested parties; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the initial appointments to the
Radio Road, East of Santa Barbara Boulevard to the Intersection of Radio Road and Davis
Boulevard, Municipal Service Taxing Unit Advisory Committee are as follows:
1. RENA TO F. FERNANDEZ is hereby appointed for a four-year term, said term to expire
on October 27,2013.
2. THOMAS FRANK DEPOUW is hereby appointed for a three-year term, said term to
expire on October 27,2012.
3. SUZANNE 1. CHAPIN is hereby appointed for a three-year term, said term to expire on
October 27,2012.
4. P AlOE SIMPSON is hereby appointed for a two-year term, said term to expire on
October 27,2011.
5. DALE M. JOHNSON is hereby appointed for a two-year term, said term to expire on
October 27,2011.
