WHEREAS, Collier County Community D~velopment and Environmental
S~'vic~ Division staff, o, behalfof th~ prop~'ty ow~, Collier Enterprise, petitioned
th: Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, to amend Ordinance
Number 84-8, as set fox~h b~low;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida that:
SECTION ONE: AMENDMENT TO SECTION IV GENERAL DEVELOPMENT
REGULATIONS
