RESOLUTION NO. 2009 - 234
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA REAPPOINTING ANTHONY
BRANCO AND DAVID LARSON TO THE LELY GOLF ESTATES
BEAUTIFICATION ADVISORY COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, on September 8, 1987, the Board of County Commissioners (Board) adopted
Ordinance No. 87-69 which established the Lely Golf Estates Beautification Advisory
Committee to advise the Board in matters pertaining the Lely Golf Estates Beautification
Municipal Services Taxing Unit; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 87-69, the Committee shall be composed of five
members; and
WHEREAS, as of October 1,2009, there will be three vacancies on the Committee; and
WHEREAS, the Board previously provided public notice soliciting applications from
interested parties; lmd
WHEREAS, the Lely Golf Estates Beautification Advisory Committee has provided the
Board with its recommendations for appointment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
1. Anthony Branco is hereby reappointed to the Lely Golf Estates Beautification Advisory
Committel~ for a four-year term, said term to expire October 1,2013.
2. David Larson is hereby reappointed to the Lely Golf Estates Beautification Advisory
Committel~ for a four-year term, said term to expire October 1, 2013.
