RESOLUTION OF APPOINTMENT
INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
NHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners created the Collier
County Industrial Development Authority by Resolution R79-34 on
February 27, 1979, and
WHEREAS, said Resolution appointed certain individuals as the
initial members of the Authority, and

WHEREAS, Norman Herren, one of said members has resigned, and
NIlEREAS, Ralph E. Carter was appointed on August 9, 1983 to
fulfill this unexpired term, and
WHEREAS, this term expires on February 26, 1984 and Ralph E.
Carter has Indlc~ted a desire to be reappointed:
