Request approval of the attached proposed special act and Res. 96-528 Adopted 5/0 resolution to forward both to the Collier County Legislative Delegation to request enactment of the Special Act into law by the Florida Legislature to eliminate problems caused by private bisecting easements and private perimeter easements in the Golden Gate Estates Subdivisions.
