Bond (2) Recommendation that the Board of County Commissioners Resolution 96-197 authorize a 100% waiver of road, library system, parks and recreational facilities, emergency medical services system, and educational facilities system impact fees for a three bedroom house to be built by Kaori Kato at 360 Everglades Boulevard South; said impact fees to be paid from Affordable Housing Trust Fund (191).
